High-pressure mixing heads are available in various models and sizes to meet all needs in the application of polyurethane foam casting, both in open molds as well as in closed molds, ensuring accuracy and high performances. DOSA mixing heads are self- cleaning, they mix the components at high pressures and dampen flow in a mixing chamber which is cleaned mechanically by means of a hydraulic piston.

The Mixing heads are engineered to provide more chemical stream collisions (Impingement) inside the mixing head’s mixing chamber via tilted nozzle angle, moreover, the suitable space provided in the mixing chamber for mixing is then able to provide the costumers with the best mixing efficiency with lower pressure than ordinary L-Type mixing heads that are available from other OEM’s of the world.
